NOTE PROGRAMME
Noteholders are advised that Vukile’s ZAR5 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme has been
updated by an amended and restated Programme Memorandum, dated 23 March 2021 (“Programme
Memorandum”), to incorporate certain technical and regulatory changes as further detailed below:
Changes required by the JSE Debt Listings Requirements
- update to the Programme Memorandum from a technical and regulatory perspective in order to comply
with the recent amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements; and
- update to “Documents incorporated by reference” section.
