NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF RELEASE OF RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020
Shareholders are advised that the Company is in the process of finalising results for the year ended
31 December 2020, which is taking longer than anticipated due to remote-working as a result of
COVID-19. The Company expects the announcement of its results to be released by 14 April 2021.
