RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the various cautionary announcements published on SENS in relation
to the disposal of Force Fuel (Pty) Ltd (“Force Fuel”) and Force Fuel Properties (Pty) Ltd (“Force Fuel
Properties”) (both in Business Rescue) and the negotiations with an Eastern Cape based
Pharmaceutical business to acquire 100% of its operations, the last of which was dated 12 February
2021.
Shareholders are advised that a creditors’ meeting at which the final offers received for Force Fuel
and Force Fuel Properties will be considered will take place at 11h00 on Thursday, 1 April 2021. An
announcement regarding the outcome of the creditors’ vote will be made as soon the required
funding/proof of funding has been received from the successful bidder.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when trading in the company’s shares
until such time as further announcements in respect of the above corporate actions are made.
