RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59b of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mrs Bonge Yandiswa Mkhondo has resigned as an
Independent Non-Executive Director from the Clientèle board with effect from 1
April 2021.
Mrs Mkhondo has resigned to allow her more time to pursue her career and personal
interests.
The board would like to thank Mrs Mkhondo for her meaningful contribution to the
Clientèle Group during her tenure.
