APPOINTMENT OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR
The Board of Directors is pleased to advise that the Company has appointed
AcaciaCap Advisors Proprietary Limited (“AcaciaCap”) as Designated Advisor to
the Company with effect from 1 April 2021. AcaciaCap will be assisting the
Company with its ongoing regularisation and corporate governance requirements.
Our Designated Advisor, being an exclusive boutique advisor, is able to understand
the specialised field and position in which Nutritional Holdings operates.
The Board looks forward to propelling Nutritional Holdings forward with the thorough
and clinical guidance of our new advisor.
