NOTICE OF ACQUISTION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST: SECTION 122
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Reunert shareholders are advised that the Company has received a
notification that Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited (acting as agent of its clients)
(“Sanlam”) has increased its beneficial interest in Reunert securities (“Acquisition”).
Following the Acquisition, Sanlam now holds 5.02% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
