MARKET UPDATE ON LIQUIDATION APPLICATION
Shareholders are referred to the interim results announcement for the six months ended 30 September 2020,
released on SENS on 18 December 2020, wherein it was stated in the ”Subsequent events” section that Sebata was
served with a liquidation application by Kyostax Proprietary Limited (“Kyostax”) relating to outstanding rentals during
the hard lockdown period (“Liquidation Application”).
The Company is pleased to hereby advise shareholders that Sebata and Kyostax have mutually agreed to amicably
settle the Liquidation Application, and this matter is therefore resolved.
