CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Rebosis (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that the parties have mutually agreed not to renew the
mandate of Mr Mande Ndema as company secretary of Rebosis and as a result the mandate will be terminated
with effect from 31 March 2021.
The Company has appointed MCP Managerial Services (Proprietary) Limited represented by Mr Joel Naidoo, as
company secretary of Rebosis with effect from 1 April 2021.
The Board thanks Mr Ndema for his dedication and loyal service for the last ten years as company secretary.
