APPOINTMENT OF ACTING COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Thembekile Dube has been appointed as acting company secretary
of Redefine with effect from 1 April 2021.
Thembekile Dube is the current assistant company secretary at Redefine. Previously she was the
assistant company secretary at Barloworld Limited and has 12 years’ experience as an assistant
company secretary. She holds a BCom (Hons) and a Post Graduate Certificate in the Fundamentals
of Company Law. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern
Africa.
The board of directors is satisfied that Thembekile Dube has the experience, qualifications and
expertise to take up the position of acting company secretary of Redefine.
Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a permanent company secretary in due course.
