Delayed Annual Financial Statements and Interim Report
Noteholders are advised that Rand Water’s (“the Issuer”)Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 as well as
the Interim Financial results for the period ended 31 December
2020 have been delayed as a result of the legislative processes
which still need to be finalized by the Issuer. Noteholders will
be updated further regarding this publication of these in due
course.
