CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that Ismet Amod (“Mr Amod”) has
resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from
31 March 2021.
The Board of directors of Premier Fishing (“the Board”) are happy to
note that Mr Amod has taken up another role within the group as an
Executive Director heading up the Health Technology division within
African Equity Empowerment Investments Limited’s associate company,
AYO Technology Solutions Limited.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Amod for his services as he resigns as a
non-executive director, member of the Social, Ethics and
Transformation committee and member of the Nomination committee.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to wish Mr Amod all the
very best and success going forward in his new role.
