CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, ARB wishes to advise shareholders that Mr A Burke,
who represents shareholders controlling 62% of the shares of the
company, has requested the appointment of Mr Theo JB Botha as a
representative non-executive director of ARB. The board has
accepted this appointment with effect from 6 April 2021. This
appointment will be ratified by shareholder approval at the next
annual general meeting of ARB.
