Securities, registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment
Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002.
Cautionary Announcement
The AMIRE ETF is due to begin an investment ballot in the coming week
which will ask unitholders of the AMIRE ETF to convert the current
AMIRE ETF into the Cloud Atlas S&P Africa Sovereign Bond ETF (“ASBI”).
As a result of the possible conversion unitholders of the AMIRE ETF
are advised to exercise caution when dealing in units of the AMIRE
ETF until a further announcement is made.
Further details from the Company will be provided to market
participants and CSDPs in the coming weeks.
