CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 April 2021 wherein
the Company advised that it has entered into a helium sales agreement for Phase 2 of the
Virginal Gas Project (“the Agreement”).
Shareholders are further advised that the Australian Stock Exchange requested the Company
halt trade in Renergen shares today, 13 April 2021 until further details on the Agreement are
released.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
