In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, debtholders are hereby
notified of the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 8 April 2021:
• The resignation of Paul Tredoux as a Director of the Company; and
• The appointment of Michael Ross as a Director of the Company. Michael Ross has replaced Paul
Tredoux as the nominated Board representative of the originator, Merchant West Proprietary Limited.
