COMPANY SECRETARY – RETIREMENT AND NEW APPOINTMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Hulamin
(the “Board”) hereby advises shareholders that Willem Fitchat will be retiring from his role as company
secretary with effect from 30 April 2021 and welcomes Moyahabo Dikeledi Sharon Ramoetlo, who will
join the Company as company secretary effective 1 May 2021.
Sharon has over 10 years’ experience as company secretary and governance officer in both the private
and public sectors.
The Board would like to thank Willem for his valuable contribution to Hulamin and wishes him well in his
retirement.
