NOTIFICATION OF UPDATES TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT ISSUED IN RESPECT
OF THE US PLUS LIMITED DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME
Reference is made to the announcement released on SENS yesterday,13 April 2021, regarding
the availability of annual financial statements and updates to the Information Statement. It is
hereby advised that UsPlus made a subsequent amendment to the Information Statement which
is incorporated by reference into the US Plus Limited ZAR1,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term
Note Programme as follows.
In the “Equity Capital Raise” section on page 17, UsPlus raised approximately ZAR874,000 of
stated capital through the issue of new shares on 28 February 2021, not March 2021 as
previously stated.
