RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Marubini Raphulu
(“Marubini”) has resigned as chief executive officer and executive director of Hulisani as of
15 April 2021.
The Board has appointed Mr Masibulele Dem, Hulisani’s chief financial officer, as the interim
chief executive officer until 19 May 2021.
The Board would like to thank Marubini for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has commenced a process of identifying a suitable replacement and shareholders
will be advised as soon as such appointment has been made.
