CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of
Transcend ("the Board") hereby advises shareholders that Michael Falcone, a non-executive
director of the Company, has assumed the role of an independent non-executive director with
effect from 15 April 2021.
The status of Michael Falcone’s independence has changed over the past year, such that he is now
considered by the Board to be an independent non-executive director.
The Board looks forward to his continued contribution to the Company.
