ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGESG SECURITIES
SYGESG has issued and will list an additional 3 899 560 securities with effect from the
commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 34.7 per
security.
Following the listing of the 3899560 securities, there will be 7 646 762 SYGESG
securities in issue.
