DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR AND PRESCRIBED OFFICERS
In accordance with the terms of the JSE’s long-term incentive scheme ("LTIS
2010"), share awards granted in 2017 have vested in the hands of executive
committee members of the JSE, including an executive director and
prescribed officers (the "Participants").
On instruction of the named Participants below, the JSE LTIS 2010 Trust
sold 6 990 of these vested ordinary shares ("LTIS 2010 shares") on 16 April
2021 in the open market at a selling price of 11681.54 cents per ordinary
share with a total transaction value of R816 539.
