RETRACTION
1. RETRACTION
Shareholders of Adapt IT Holdings Limited (“Adapt IT”) are referred to the audio-visual
material (“the Videos”) relating to its offer to Adapt IT Shareholders, which has been
made available for viewing on Huge’s website and are advised that Huge has been
notified by the Takeover Regulation Panel (“TRP”) that the Videos constitute
“announcements”, in respect of which approval from the TRP ought to have been sought
prior to publication.
Accordingly, Huge has removed the Videos from its website and retracts the statements
they contain.
2. RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
The Board accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement
insofar as it relates to Huge. To the best of its knowledge and belief, the information
contained in this announcement is true and the announcement does not omit anything
likely to affect the importance of the information.
