Following subscription in respect of 28,400,000 Silver Notes, an additional 28,400,000 Silver Notes
have been issued and listed on the JSE from commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R3.60 per additional Silver Note,
After the additional issue, there will be 81,354,452 Silver Notes in issue.
