SETTLEMENT WITH GROUP WRECK VENDORS AND SPECIFIC SHARE REPURCHASE
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements released on SENS on 9 February
2021 and on 17 February 2021 setting out the terms of the settlement agreement entered
into by Insimbi (“Settlement”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has entered into an agreement titled
“Reinstatement and amendment of the Group Wreck Settlement Agreement” which extends
the date for the fulfilment or waiver of the outstanding suspensions conditions set out in the
Settlement agreement to 30 July 2021.
