RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders of the Company are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on
Friday, 30 April 2021 (the "AGM") (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting sent to shareholders on
Wednesday, 31 March 2021), all of the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the AGM are as follows:
- total number of shares that could have been voted at the AGM: 1,249,091,776
- total number of shares that were present/represented at the AGM: 1,025,728,552 being 82.14% of total number
   of shares that could have been voted at the AGM.
