Board changes
Noteholders are hereby advised of the appointment of Mr Richard Ian Angus as an independent
non-executive director of the Issuer effective on 25 February 2021, following the board resolution
passed on 30 April 2021. He will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee.
Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant and further holds a Diploma in Advanced Banking
(cum laude). He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate and retail banking, consulting,
facilitation, and various entrepreneurial endeavours. Specific skills include financial management,
financial performance enhancement, business turnarounds, credit and operational risk
management, securitisation, entrepreneurship, business strategy and leadership.
The Board welcomes Richard and looks forward to his contribution towards assisting the Board in
achieving its objectives.
