CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES
Shareholders are advised that the Company applied to the JSE
Limited for the cancellation of 18 949 158 ordinary par value
shares of 0,6146 cents each registered in the name of Metrofile
Management Services (Pty) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
the Company (“Treasury Shares”), effective 5 May 2021.
The Treasury Shares represent 4,18628% of the issued share
capital of the Company immediately prior to their cancellation.
Following the cancellation, the issued share capital of the
Company now comprises 433 699 958 ordinary par value shares of
0,6146 cents each.
