The Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that the accounts of the Republic of Namibia for the year ended 31
March 2019 (the “accounts”) have been delayed due to the accounts not yet being presented at the National
Assembly.
Noteholders will be updated further regarding the availability of the accounts in due course.
