BOARD CHANGES
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Shareholders are hereby informed that:
Mr. Huigao Guo has resigned from the board of the company with effect from 7 May 2021 to
pursue other interests within Jinchuan Group in China.
The board would like to thank Mr. Guo for his contribution on the board and wishes him well
in all future endeavors.
The board has appointed Mr. Fugui Qiao as a non – executive director with effect from 7 May
2021. Mr. Fugui Qiao has over 33 years’ experience in technical and managerial work in the
mining industry in addition to mineral resources exploration and development.
Mr. Fugui Qiao holds a Bachelor in mineral resource prospecting and exploration, from Central
South University of Technology, China including MEng in Geological Engineering, from
Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China.
