the sole shareholder of Rand Water. In terms of the Act, Rand
Water's primary activity is the provision of bulk water supply
services (potable bulk water and sanitation services) within the

Pursuant to the notice released on 30 April 2021,noteholders are
advised that Rand Water’s Annual Financial Statements for period
ended 30 June 2020 have been made available on its website on the
following link:

The Company further wishes to advise that their audit reports were
unqualified and that there were no restatements of the previous
year’s annual financial statements.
