Changes to the responsibilities of directors
In accordance with paragraph 6.39(c) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the changes to the
responsibilities of the following directors:
• Mr Graeme Victor was reassigned from the Board Investment Committee
and appointed to the Human Resources, Remuneration and Nominations
Committee.
• Ms Nosizwe Macamo was reassigned from the Human Resources,
Remuneration and Nominations Committee and appointed to the
Information, Communication, Technology Committee.
• Mr Irvin Phenyane is no longer a member of the Information,
Communication, Technology Committee.
The reason for the aforementioned changes is to ensure a balanced
constitution of the Committees of the Board
