CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF HARMONY’S BOARD COMMITTEES
Johannesburg. Monday, 10 May 2021. Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited
(“Harmony” or the “Company”) in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, herewith notifies shareholders
that Mr Peter Turner was appointed as a new member of Harmony’s investment
committee effective 7 May 2021, in addition to his appointment to the
technical committee, as announced on 22 February 2021.
