CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND TO BOARD COMMITTEES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Trencor
announces the following changes to the board and to board committees with effect from
11 May 2021:
1. At the annual general meeting held today, Hennie van der Merwe retired as an
executive director and as Chief Executive Officer and from the respective board
committees on which he served.
2. In view of Hennie’s retirement, Ric Sieni will take on the combined role of Chief
Executive Officer and Financial Director.
3. The executive committee and the governance committee have been discontinued and
the functions of the governance committee will now be undertaken by the board
itself.
