FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Invicta shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcement dated
26 March 2021, wherein Shareholders were advised that the Company had entered discussions
involving the Invicta Kian Ann Group business segment and some of its operations.
Shareholders are advised that the above discussions are still ongoing, and if successfully concluded,
the resultant transactions may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Shareholders are therefore advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
