NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and section 122(3)(b) of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the “Companies Act”), shareholders are advised that Rebosis has received formal
notifications in accordance with section 122(1) of the Companies Act from:
1. Mr Zunaid Abbas Moti (“Mr Moti”), that he has disposed of a beneficial interest in Rebosis A ordinary
shares (“REA Shares”) and Rebosis ordinary shares (“REB Shares”) such that the total beneficial
interest held by Mr Moti now amounts to nil% of the total number of REA Shares and REB Shares in
issue; and
2. Elbert Darby Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Elbert Darby”), that Elbert Darby has acquired a beneficial interest in
REA shares and REB shares such that the total beneficial interest held by Elbert Darby now amounts to
10.583% of the total number of REB shares in issue and 28.862% of the total number of REA shares in
issue.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Rebosis has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
