SHARE CONSOLIDATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 24 November
2020 relating to, inter alia:
• The consolidation of the Company's share capital on the basis of 1 share for every
25 existing shares held ("Consolidation").
A subsequent announcement was released by the Company on SENS on 12 January
2021 advising shareholders that the special resolution relating to the Consolidation
was passed by the requisite majority of Nutritional Holdings shareholders at the
general meeting of the Company on the same date.
The special resolution is being filed with CIPC and the salient dates will be published
imminently after approval by the JSE.
