APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 6.39(a) of the Debt Listings Requirements, bondholders of SANRAL are
advised that Mr Errol Makhubela has been appointed on the Board of SANRAL with effect from 13
May 2021. The appointment has been made in terms of section 12(2)(c) of the SANRAL Act, No. 7 of
1998, as amended and follows the resignation of the previous board representative of the
Department of Finance (National Treasury) from the SANRAL board.
Mr Makhubela is an experienced economist who holds a Master in Business Leadership, Post
Graduate Diploma in the Law of Banking and Financial Markets and a BCom (Finance and Economics)
degree.
The Board welcomes Mr Makhubela and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
