DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), Regulation 121(2)(b) of
the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited (“PIC”) has notified Hudaco that it has
acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares
of Hudaco held by PIC now amounts to 10.402% of the issued ordinary shares of the Company.
