BBEE certificate
In compliance with section 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to section 11 of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
the Company’s annual Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE)
compliance report prepared and submitted to the B-BBEE Commission in
terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Act, No 53 of 2003, as well as the Company’s B-BBEE certificate, have
been published and are available on the Company’s website at:

The Company prioritises economic empowerment and transformation
throughout the group and the Company’s website, www.arm.co.za includes
