NOTIFICATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR AND AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBER
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Issuer (the “Board”) wishes to advise noteholders that Ms Sindisiwe Ntombenhle
Mabaso-Koyana has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 18
May 2021, to fulfil a Board vacancy. Ms Mabaso-Koyana has also been appointed as a member of the
Audit Committee of the Issuer.
Toyota Financial Services confirms that the appointment of Ms Mabaso-Koyana was done in
accordance with the Issuer’s policy.
