ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING THE REMUNERATION IMPLEMENTATION
REPORT
With reference to the SENS dated 14 April 2021 and the King IV Report on Corporate Governance as well
as paragraph 3.84(j) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company invited Shareholders to engage with
the Company today, 19 May 2021, pertaining to the 33,07% of shareholders who voted against Mustek’s
Implementation Report at the Annual General Meeting that was held on 30 November 2020.
No Shareholders responded to the invitation and the Company decided to keep the invitation open until
year-end, 30 June 2021 for a one-on-one engagement with Shareholders on the matter.
Dissenting Shareholders may forward their concerns/questions regarding Mustek’s Implementation
