NOTIFICATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements (the
“Requirements”), the board of directors of the Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that Mr Nishen
Daya has been appointed as an executive director, with effect from 31 December 2020, to comply
with paragraph 7.3(d)(i) of the Requirements.
Toyota Financial Services confirms that the appointment of Mr Daya was done in accordance with
the Issuer’s nomination policy.
