Publication of conversion ratio for Participatory Interests in the Newfunds
Reitway Global Property ETF
Further to the announcements released on SENS on Wednesday, 5 May 2021
regarding the listing of Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF Participatory
Interests, and using the definitions in such announcements unless otherwise
stated, the Manager hereby announces the conversion ratio and the listing of
the Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF.
Shareholders are reminded that section 1 of this announcement is only
applicable to Cash Investors.
1. Issue of letters of allotment and conversion ratio
One letter of allotment (“LA”) has been issued for every Rand subscription
against the debiting of a Cash Investors CSDP or broker account with such
Rand amount.
Cash Investors will be issued 0.01463 (“the conversion ratio”) Participatory
Interest in the Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF for every LA.
Strate will convert the LA’s to Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF
Participatory Interest in the CSDP accounts in accordance with the conversion
ratio. Standard rounding will apply.
2. Listing of Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF Participatory Interests
731 342 Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF Participatory Interests will be
issued and listed on the Exchange Traded Funds sector of the main board of
the JSE Limited at an issue price of approximately R68.65953 per security
with trading commencing on Wednesday, 26 May 2021.
