Renewal of Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on
SENS on 9 April 2021 in which they were advised that, the AMIRE ETF
was due to begin an investment ballot where unitholders of the AMIRE
ETF are to convert the current AMIRE ETF into the Cloud Atlas S&P
Africa Sovereign Bond ETF (“ASBI”). Unit holders are reminded that
Voting in the ballot is still in process and closes on Wednesday 26
May 2021.
