EXTENSION OF INTERIM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 15 April 2021.
The Company received dispensation from the JSE Limited for the chief financial officer,
Mr Masibulele Dem, to continue to serve as the Company’s interim chief executive officer
until 19 July 2021. Shareholders are advised that the process to appoint a new chief
executive officer is ongoing.
Shareholders will be advised in due course when such appointment has been made.
