ERRATUM: ERROR IN CV OF MS MLB MSIMANG ACCOMPANYING NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 27 MAY 2021 AND ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING
CHANGES TO THE BOARD ON 15 MARCH 2021
Shareholders of the Company are referred to the Notice of Annual General Meeting published on
29 April 2021 in respect of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 May 2021 (AGM Notice) and
the announcement regarding changes to the board of directors of Exxaro (Board) released on the
Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 15 March 2021 (Board Announcement).
The Company wishes to advise that there is an error in the curriculum vitae of Ms MLB Msimang on
page 53 accompanying the AGM Notice and in the Board Announcement, in that the Board approved
the appointment of Ms Msimang to the Board as a non-executive director, with effect from
15 March 2021 and not as independent non-executive director as previously reflected.
All of the other information recorded is accurate and is in alignment with the Company’s AGM Notice
and the Board Announcement.
The Company wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused to shareholders.
