ANNOUNCEMENT CORRECTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 21 April 2021 relating to the extension of debt facilities
by the Company’s lenders. The announcement indicated that Rebosis had extended “Other facilities” by
R6.1 million. This should have read R6.1 billion. In addition, the “New all in rate” was shown as 6.6%, and has
been amended to 6.8%. All other information in the announcement remains as stated. The corrected
information is presented below:
