Retirement of Doctor Shirley Zinn as Non-Executive Director
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (“JSE Listing
Requirements”) and ADvTECH’s policy on long tenure directors, the Board of Directors (“the Board”)
informs shareholders that Doctor Shirley Zinn (“Shirley”) will be retiring as non-executive director and
chair and member of the Remuneration Committee, effective 31 December 2021. Shirley will also step
down from the Nominations, Investment and TSEC Committees.
The Board would like to thank Shirley for her valued contribution to date and look forward to her
continued contribution over the next few months.
