Change to the Board of Directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised
that Kinney Kinamela Armstrong Moremoholo a non-executive director and member of the
Audit and Risk Committee has passed away.
The Board of Directors of Brikor are very saddened to hear of his passing and our sincere
condolences go to his family.
We thank him for his valuable contribution to the Board.
