NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the 2021 Integrated Annual Report, Corporate Governance Report
and Remuneration Report are now available on our website, www.picknpayinvestor.co.za,
together with the audited Company and Group annual financial statements for the 52 weeks
ended 28 February 2021. The audited Group and Company annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the summarised audited Group annual financial statements that were published
on 21 April 2021.
The unqualified audit report of Ernst & Young Inc. is presented in the 2021 audited annual
financial statements and is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 53rd annual general meeting of Pick n Pay will be held on Monday, 28 June 2021 at 08:30 to
transact business as stated in the Notice of annual general meeting. The annual general meeting
will be conducted entirely by electronic communication as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic,
following guidance from authorities regarding the need for social distancing. To vote and
participate in the meeting, the last date to trade is Monday, 14 June 2021 and the record date is
Friday, 18 June 2021.
The notice and proxy of the 2021 annual general meeting will be posted on our website at
www.picknpayinvestor.co.za and also posted via registered post to shareholders on 28 May 2021,
together with the summarised audited Group annual financial statements. For your convenience,
the notice and proxy form are repeated in the 2021 corporate governance report, which is also
available on our website.
